Participation Agreement
This Participation Agreement (“Agreement”) is being made between You (that’s “You” or “Your”) and The Carbon Offset Company (that’s “We” or “Our”) may also be referred to as “Party” or together as the “Parties.”
1. Agreements
We agree to be legally bound to planting the 75 trees per enrollment into the program. This enrollment lasts 5 years and offsets the customers driving emissions for that length.
You agree to participate in our program, offer it to your customers, and be legally bound to report program enrollment accurately and pass along collected funds intended for program.
2. Payment Details
Total Cost of the Services: Cost is $75 per enrollment (paid by end customer). You may increase the Customer’s cost of the Services up to $200, the excess over $75 will be considered Your profit.
Payment
You will send a monthly report of enrollments including Customer’s name, email address,
date enrolled (vehicle sale date), and location of store (if in a multi-store group). We will
invoice (charge) you $75 for each enrollment.
You may keep any additional profit. You
agree to provide a program report to Us by the 10th of each month providing the enrollment
data from the prior month. We will send You a monthly invoice upon our receipt of the
report. You must pay invoiced amounts within 30 days of receiving the invoice.
